Toffee Blondies1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature) 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans 1/2 cup toffee chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat butter with both sugars in bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract, then flour mixture. Fold in 1/4 cup pecans and toffee chips. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Cut.
