1 cup peanut butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine peanut butter and sugar. Mix well. Stir in egg and vanilla extract. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with floured fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 7 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
