Trail Drivers GoulashYield: 12 servings 2 pounds ground beef 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 large onion, chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped 2 cans tomato soup 2 soup cans water 2 cans red beans, drained 1 (10 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 cups grated cheese Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until onion is yellow and celery is soft. Add tomato soup; rinse cans and add water. Add beans, spaghetti and seasonings; put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F until hot and bubbly. Grated cheese may be put on top last 15 minutes of baking.
