1/2 cup softened butter 1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar 1 egg yolk 3 tablespoons Kahlua
Beat butter in small bowl of mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar, adding egg yolk, then Kahlua. Mixture should be smooth, light and very creamy.
Makes 1 1/2 cups. Good on pie, ice cream, etc.
