Beer Batter for Seafood

1 can flat beer
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Let opened can of beer sit at room temperature until it becomes flat. Dip prepared seafood into mixture of beer, flour, salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil.
