1 large round steak, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips1/4 cup Karo® syrup1/4 cup vinegar2 tablespoons water1/4 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 cup Burgundy wine1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl and marinate meat for at least 1 hour.
Put meat on campfire forks or on grill and cook over glowing coals until done as desired.
This is good with fry bread.
