Pineapple Chicken Rollups

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 slices bacon

Combine juice, mustard, and brown sugar, mixing well.

Cut each chicken breast in half crosswise. Roll each piece up lengthwise; wrap with a slice of bacon, and secure with a wooden pick.

Place chicken on grill over medium coals; baste with mustard mixture, and grill 25 minutes or until done, turning and basting frequently.

Yields 4 servings.
