1 (12 ounce) can or bottle Stroh's Beer 1 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup molasses 1/4 cup prepared mustard 1 medium onion, chopped Dash of Worcestershire sauce Dash of salt and pepper
Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add more beer or water if needed. Store unused sauce in refrigerator. Makes 3 to 3 1/4 cups.
