Smoker Barbecue Sauce

When cooking in a smoker, catch drippings in a pan. Take 1 cup of drippings and add:

1 medium onion, cut up
1 garlic clove, cut up
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup A-1® Sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Juice from 1 lemon or lime
Salt, pepper, and other seasonings,
    to taste

Cook to boil. Reduce heat, and let simmer 15 minutes.
