Crispy Onion Chicken

1 can French-fried onions, crushed
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Coat chicken with mustard and then French fried onions. Put chicken on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Serve with salad.
