Lemon Onion Chops6 thick center cut pork chops 1 large lemon 1 large onion 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup ketchup Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chops in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish, single layer. Cut the lemon and onion into thick slices. Place a slice of onion in the center of each chop and a slice of lemon on each onion. Mix together sugar, vinegar and ketchup and pour over chops. Bake uncovered 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
