Barbecue Short Ribs3 pounds beef short ribs 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons liquid smoke 6 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, sliced 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 cup French dressing Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Brown meat. Put into baking dish and cover with onion slices. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat. Pour over onions and meat. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
