Anchovy Dip for Fresh Vegetables

8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 tube anchovy paste
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
3/4 teaspoon minced fresh onion
Dash of Tabasco® sauce

Mix together and chill. Top with chopped parsley or paprika.
