Rhubarb Pie

5 cups rhubarb, diced
3 tablespoons tapioca
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon rind or juice

Mix; put into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
