Walnut Bread1 egg 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups flour 1 cup chopped walnuts Beat egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract together. Add baking soda, salt and flour. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve with Sweet Lemon Butter.
