Dried Cranberry Sauce

1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup red wine
1 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved
    in 2 tablespoons water

Combine cranberries, wine, water and syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mix and simmer 5 minutes more or a little longer.
