Seattle SaladSalad 4 ribs celery, cut Chinese-style 1 (14 ounce) can hearts of palm 2 head Bibb lettuce 1/2 (3 1/2 ounce) jar macadamia nuts Chop macadamia nuts. Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing. Dressing 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon bitters 1 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons chopped green olives 1 tablespoon chopped onion 2 tablespoons poppy seeds Mix in jar. Shake well before tossing with salad.
