Tomato Aspic

Shrimp, black olives, stuffed olives, artichoke hearts, cucumber slices or cream cheese balls may be added.

4 envelopes unflavored gelatine
1 (46 ounce) can V-8® juice
4 teaspoons finely chopped purple onion
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Tabasco® sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Soften gelatine in 2 cups V-8® for 5 minutes, then heat to dissolve.

Add remaining V-8, onion, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour into a large ring mold, individual molds or loaf pan and refrigerate until set.

Yields 10 to 12 servings.
