Paprika Dumplings

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon paprika

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add shortening and milk; blend lightly. Drop by spoonfuls on simmer stew or goulash. Sprinkle with paprika.
