Corn Meal Dumplings

1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Drop from a spoon over boiled greens or into heated stock. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
