Fluffy Chocolate Frosting

2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
6 tablespoons butter

Blend sugar, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla extract in a bowl over ice water. Melt chocolate and butter together. Add while warm to first mixture and beat until desired consistency.
