Caramel Apple Salad

2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
2 red delicious apples, cored and diced
1 (6-pack) Snickers candy bars, diced small
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small container Cool Whip®

Mix all ingredients. Let set 1/2 hour, then serve.
