3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 package dates, chopped fine 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped 2 tablespoons Marshmallow Crème 2 cups crisp rice cereal Coconut 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Cook sugar, eggs yolks, butter, dates, nuts and Marshmallow Crème for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat until well blended. Add crisp rice cereal and vanilla extract. Form into balls. Roll in coconut.
