Souper Meat and Potatoes Pie1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pound ground beef 1/4 cup onion 1 egg 1/4 cup fine, dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons parsley Salt and pepper 2 cups mashed potatoes Cheddar cheese, shredded Combine first 7 ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Return to oven for just a couple minutes to melt the cheese and heat the potatoes.
