2 Haas avocados 1/2 cup chopped tomato 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon finely chopped serrano or jalapeno chile 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup chopped cilantro Juice of 1/2 lime Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the avocados in half; remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently, criss-crossing two spoons in the bowl, leaving the avocado in small chunks.
