This is delicious on vanilla ice cream!
2 cups granulated sugar1/4 cup flour2 cups water1 teaspoon vanilla extract2/3 cup cocoa1/4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons butter
Mix dry ingredients in small saucepan; add water. Cook until smooth. Cool. Add butter and vanilla extract.
