Randy's JerkyFrom the kitchen of Kevin Taylor, the BBQGuru This comes from Randy, a fellow BBQer and jerky aficionado! 1 (3 pound) beef steak 3/4 cup soy sauce, light 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup hot sauce 1/2 cup Tender Quik 3 tablespoons steak sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey Cut beef into long strips. Combine all ingredients and marinate beef for 2 days.
