Sherry Ginger Pork

From the grill of Kevin Taylor, the BBQ Guru

4 pork chops
1/3 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
1 garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients.

Marinate for about 2 to 3 hours.
