Jerk Paste

From the kitchen of Kevin Taylor, the BBQ Guru

This is very good with chicken.

3 green onions
2 teaspoons allspice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger, fresh
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 habanero chile
2 tablespoons oil

Put everything except oil in food processor and chop fine. Add oil slowly until smooth.

Coat meat and let sit for several hours or overnight.
