Pineapple Marmalade Squares1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup butter 1 beaten egg 1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt Pineapple marmalade 1 egg, well beaten 1 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons melted butter 1 1/2 cups coconut Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Blend butter and flour together. Beat egg and milk and pour into the blended flour and butter; mix and pat into bottom of a 12 x 9-inch pan and spread with pineapple marmalade. Mix egg, sugar, melted butter and coconut. Pour over marmalade. Bake for 25 minutes.
